Emily Lee brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as principal and broker of Lee Real Estate Services, Inc. the corporation that umbrellas the dba’s of Prospect Real Estate, 24th Street Realty, and Lee Properties. Starting her career in 1993, Emily has been involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate process, from development to exit strategy. Her resume is extensive with taking lead on a multi-million dollar project in south Austin project in 2006 to leasing up a $32 million dollar new building coming out in the West Campus area in 2011.
Emily’s first-hand experience with commercial and residential properties at different stages of the development to investor/owner life-cycle allows her to bring a unique perspective to each project. Whether it’s an established building or a multi-million dollar development, Emily has the tools and knowledge to give each project the support it needs to succeed. Emily is a licensed Broker and Realtor®, and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, and the MLS.
Emily is a native Central Texan and grew up just two hours from Austin in the small town of Cherokee, Texas. She and her family made the move from suburban to urban and love experiencing all that Austin has to offer. Living downtown has given her a fresh perspective on the live-work-play condominium lifestyle. Emily loves being around some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in Austin! Her love for her community has inspired her to become an active member of Habitat for Humanity and Austin Pets Alive – Community Foundations. Emily is also an avid traveler and loves giving back globally with philanthropic organizations such as Caring for Cambodia.
